

Ben Feder co-founded ZelnickMedia in 2001. He served from 2007-2010 as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Take Two Interactive Software, Inc.
Prior to joining ZelnickMedia, Mr. Feder was Chief Executive Officer of MessageClick, Inc., a leading provider of voice messaging technology for next generation telephone networks. Prior to founding MessageClick, Mr. Feder served as a senior executive at News Corp., where his most recent position was Executive Vice President, News MCI Internet Ventures. Previously, Feder managed corporate development for Fox Inc, where he was responsible for structuring and negotiating film financings, acquiring media assets and negotiating distribution arrangements. Mr. Feder holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from Columbia University.


Jason Kaslow joined ZelnickMedia in 2012 and is an Accounting and Investor Relations Associate. Mr. Kaslow is responsible for the accounting of ZM Capital, L.P. and the management company as well as supporting all Investor Relations activities. Prior to joining ZelnickMedia, he worked for Citi Private Equity Services in the Global Transactions Services division of CitiGroup. Citi Private Equity Services provides fund administration, accounting and investor services to over 700 funds and entities with committed capital in excess of US$130 billion. While at Citi, Mr. Kaslow worked with a variety of private equity firms with investment strategies ranging from leveraged buyout to venture capital to mezzanine capital.
Mr. Kaslow graduated from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in May, 2009.


Vinod Kasturi joined ZelnickMedia in 2012. Previously, he worked in the Investment Banking division at Rothschild, where he primarily focused on the execution of merger, acquisition and leveraged buyout transactions for clients across multiple industries.
Mr. Kasturi graduated magna cum laude from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Producing from the Tisch School of the Arts.


Justin Landau joined ZelnickMedia in 2008 and where he is focused on identifying and pursuing new investment opportunities. Mr. Landau has also helped manage select portfolio companies and examined potential M&A and financing opportunities including the take-private of Airvana, Inc., which closed in April 2010 and the take-private of Tekelec in January 2012. Mr. Landau has been integrally involved in the recapitalizations of Airvana, Inc. the first of which closed in August 2010 and the second in April 2011.


Brian Motechin is ZelnickMedia’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining ZelnickMedia in March 2008, Mr. Motechin worked for TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P., and Baker Capital Corp., global private equity firms that managed $2.0 billion and $1.5 billion respectively. Previously, Mr. Motechin was a member of Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Leverage Buyout Group focusing on the audit of private equity firms.
Mr. Motechin received his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Information Systems from Queens College and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a board member of the New York Chapter of the Private Equity CFO Association, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of CPAs.


Seymour Sammell joined ZelnickMedia in 2004. Mr. Sammell is responsible for originating, structuring and monitoring investments with specific interest in marketing and media services, business and information services, business-to-business media, publishing, television and radio. Mr. Sammell represents ZelnickMedia on the board of Cast & Crew Entertainment Services, L.L.C and has been actively involved in ZelnickMedia’s investments in Alloy, L.L.C., Naylor, L.L.C. and ITN Networks.


Benjamin Shriner joined ZelnickMedia in 2009. Mr. Shriner is responsible for Investor Relations. Prior to joining ZelnickMedia, he worked for Credit Suisse in the Global Market Solutions Group, where he worked closely with the Equity Capital Markets and Leveraged Finance Origination & Restructuring Groups. Prior to that he worked in the Derivative Support Group, where he focused on interest rate derivative products.
Mr. Shriner graduated from Skidmore College with double majors in Economics and Management & Business.


Karl Slatoff joined ZelnickMedia in 2001. Mr. Slatoff is responsible for originating, structuring and monitoring investments with specific interest in direct marketing and interactive entertainment. Mr. Slatoff is the Chief Operating Officer of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. and serves on the Board of Directors of Cannella Response Television.


Jason Sporer joined ZelnickMedia in 2011 and has helped manage portfolio companies such as Alloy and Canella Response Television, in addition to analyzing certain M&A and financing opportunities.
Previously, Mr. Sporer worked at Evercore in the Restructuring and Capital Markets group specializing in out-of-court restructurings, Chapter 11 bankruptcies, debt exchanges, debt financings and distressed M&A. Mr. Sporer graduated from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.


Jordan Turkewitz joined ZelnickMedia in 2002. Mr. Turkewitz is responsible for originating, structuring and monitoring investments with specific interest in digital media, entertainment content production and distribution, loyalty marketing, media and marketing services and market research. Mr. Turkewitz currently represents ZelnickMedia on the boards of Alloy, L.L.C. and Cast & Crew Entertainment Services, L.L.C.


Andrew Vogel joined ZelnickMedia in 2003. Mr. Vogel is responsible for originating, structuring and monitoring investments with specific interest in telecommunications infrastructure, business services, entertainment content and distribution, advertising and direct marketing. Mr. Vogel currently represents ZelnickMedia on the boards of Cast & Crew Entertainment Services, L.L.C., Tekelec, Alloy, L.L.C., Airvana, Inc. and Cannella Response Television.
Mr. Vogel earned a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Wesleyan University. He also received a MBA from Harvard Business School where he graduated as a Baker Scholar.

Joe Wadakethalakal joined ZelnickMedia in 2011 and has helped manage portfolio companies such as Cannella Response Television and Tekelec, in addition to examining firm-wide M&A and financing opportunities including the take-private of Tekelec, Inc., which closed in January 2012.


Michael Worosz joined ZelnickMedia in 2011. Mr. Worosz serves as Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., where he is focused on identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities through acquisitions, strategic partnerships and investments.


Strauss Zelnick: Strauss Zelnick founded ZelnickMedia in 2001. Mr. Zelnick is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Firm as well as originating, structuring and monitoring investments with specific interest in music, film, television and interactive entertainment. Mr. Zelnick currently represents ZelnickMedia on the boards of Alloy, L.L.C., Naylor, L.L.C. and Cast & Crew Entertainment Services, L.L.C., is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of ITN Networks and serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.
