Ben Feder co-founded ZelnickMedia in 2001. He served from 2007-2010 as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Take Two Interactive Software, Inc.

Prior to joining ZelnickMedia, Mr. Feder was Chief Executive Officer of MessageClick, Inc., a leading provider of voice messaging technology for next generation telephone networks. Prior to founding MessageClick, Mr. Feder served as a senior executive at News Corp., where his most recent position was Executive Vice President, News MCI Internet Ventures. Previously, Feder managed corporate development for Fox Inc, where he was responsible for structuring and negotiating film financings, acquiring media assets and negotiating distribution arrangements. Mr. Feder holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from Columbia University.

Jason Kaslow joined ZelnickMedia in 2012 and is an Accounting and Investor Relations Associate. Mr. Kaslow is responsible for the accounting of ZM Capital, L.P. and the management company as well as supporting all Investor Relations activities. Prior to joining ZelnickMedia, he worked for Citi Private Equity Services in the Global Transactions Services division of CitiGroup. Citi Private Equity Services provides fund administration, accounting and investor services to over 700 funds and entities with committed capital in excess of US$130 billion. While at Citi, Mr. Kaslow worked with a variety of private equity firms with investment strategies ranging from leveraged buyout to venture capital to mezzanine capital.

Mr. Kaslow graduated from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in May, 2009.

Vinod Kasturi joined ZelnickMedia in 2012. Previously, he worked in the Investment Banking division at Rothschild, where he primarily focused on the execution of merger, acquisition and leveraged buyout transactions for clients across multiple industries.

Mr. Kasturi graduated magna cum laude from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Producing from the Tisch School of the Arts.

Justin Landau joined ZelnickMedia in 2008 and where he is focused on identifying and pursuing new investment opportunities. Mr. Landau has also helped manage select portfolio companies and examined potential M&A and financing opportunities including the take-private of Airvana, Inc., which closed in April 2010 and the take-private of Tekelec in January 2012. Mr. Landau has been integrally involved in the recapitalizations of Airvana, Inc. the first of which closed in August 2010 and the second in April 2011.

Prior to joining ZelnickMedia, Mr. Landau worked with the Jefferies & Co. Leveraged Finance group specializing in underwriting and placing high yield and first and second lien debt financing for middle market companies and financial sponsors focused across multiple industry segments. Prior to Jefferies, Mr. Landau worked at J.P. Morgan. Mr. Landau graduated with honors from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He is also on the Advisory Board for the Generator Program at the Paley Center for Media and is Series 7 and Series 63 certified.

Brian Motechin is ZelnickMedia’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining ZelnickMedia in March 2008, Mr. Motechin worked for TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P., and Baker Capital Corp., global private equity firms that managed $2.0 billion and $1.5 billion respectively. Previously, Mr. Motechin was a member of Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Leverage Buyout Group focusing on the audit of private equity firms.

Mr. Motechin received his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Information Systems from Queens College and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a board member of the New York Chapter of the Private Equity CFO Association, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of CPAs.

Seymour Sammell joined ZelnickMedia in 2004. Mr. Sammell is responsible for originating, structuring and monitoring investments with specific interest in marketing and media services, business and information services, business-to-business media, publishing, television and radio. Mr. Sammell represents ZelnickMedia on the board of Cast & Crew Entertainment Services, L.L.C and has been actively involved in ZelnickMedia’s investments in Alloy, L.L.C., Naylor, L.L.C. and ITN Networks.

Before joining ZelnickMedia, Mr. Sammell was an investment banker in the U.S. Mergers and Acquisitions Group of CIBC World Markets. At CIBC, Mr. Sammell worked on numerous public and private transactions in various industries.

Prior to joining CIBC World Markets, Mr. Sammell worked as an analyst at Apax Partners, a global private equity firm. At Apax, he worked closely with the Chairman, the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Finance in a variety of roles including investment analysis, due diligence, budget analysis, portfolio analysis and fund raising.

Mr. Sammell earned a BA in Business Management and Finance with honors from Brooklyn College.

Benjamin Shriner joined ZelnickMedia in 2009. Mr. Shriner is responsible for Investor Relations. Prior to joining ZelnickMedia, he worked for Credit Suisse in the Global Market Solutions Group, where he worked closely with the Equity Capital Markets and Leveraged Finance Origination & Restructuring Groups. Prior to that he worked in the Derivative Support Group, where he focused on interest rate derivative products.

Mr. Shriner graduated from Skidmore College with double majors in Economics and Management & Business.

Karl Slatoff joined ZelnickMedia in 2001. Mr. Slatoff is responsible for originating, structuring and monitoring investments with specific interest in direct marketing and interactive entertainment. Mr. Slatoff is the Chief Operating Officer of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. and serves on the Board of Directors of Cannella Response Television.

Before joining ZelnickMedia, Mr. Slatoff served as Vice President of New Media for BMG Entertainment, one of the world’s largest music companies. In this position, he was responsible for guiding BMG’s online digital strategies, including the development of commercial digital distribution initiatives and new business models for the sale and syndication of online content. He was also responsible for maintaining relationships and leading negotiations with major software developers, consumer electronics manufactures and online retailers / portals, as well as representing BMG’s interests in various industry consortiums relating to the development of digital businesses.

Mr. Slatoff also held roles in corporate development and strategic planning at the Walt Disney Company, and mergers and acquisitions at Lehman Brothers.

Mr. Slatoff earned a BA in Economics and English from Kenyon College and received a MBA from Harvard Business School.

Jason Sporer joined ZelnickMedia in 2011 and has helped manage portfolio companies such as Alloy and Canella Response Television, in addition to analyzing certain M&A and financing opportunities.

Previously, Mr. Sporer worked at Evercore in the Restructuring and Capital Markets group specializing in out-of-court restructurings, Chapter 11 bankruptcies, debt exchanges, debt financings and distressed M&A. Mr. Sporer graduated from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Jordan Turkewitz joined ZelnickMedia in 2002. Mr. Turkewitz is responsible for originating, structuring and monitoring investments with specific interest in digital media, entertainment content production and distribution, loyalty marketing, media and marketing services and market research. Mr. Turkewitz currently represents ZelnickMedia on the boards of Alloy, L.L.C. and Cast & Crew Entertainment Services, L.L.C.

Prior to joining ZelnickMedia, Mr. Turkewitz served as Senior Director of Acquisitions and Investments at JupiterMedia Corporation, ultimately leading the corporate development team and the investments group that managed three venture capital funds focused on investments in digital publishing, software and business services companies.

Before joining JupiterMedia, Mr. Turkewitz was an Associate with Merrill Lynch & Co. in their Media Investment Banking Group and Goldman Sachs’ Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Prior to his positions in investment banking, Mr. Turkewitz Co-Founded and served as Chief Operating Officer of the Student

Advantage Program, a leading integrated media and commerce company focused on the higher education market.

Mr. Turkewitz earned a BA degree in U.S. Government from Cornell University and received a MBA from Columbia Business School.

Andrew Vogel joined ZelnickMedia in 2003. Mr. Vogel is responsible for originating, structuring and monitoring investments with specific interest in telecommunications infrastructure, business services, entertainment content and distribution, advertising and direct marketing. Mr. Vogel currently represents ZelnickMedia on the boards of Cast & Crew Entertainment Services, L.L.C., Tekelec, Alloy, L.L.C., Airvana, Inc. and Cannella Response Television.

Prior to joining ZelnickMedia, Mr. Vogel worked at Ripplewood Holdings, a private equity firm where he focused on investments in the media, consumer and industrial sectors. Mr. Vogel also worked at McCown De Leeuw and Co., a private equity firm where he was responsible for investments in the consumer, building materials and health and leisure industries, including the firm’s investment in 24 Hour Fitness. Previously, Mr. Vogel was an investment banker in Lehman Brothers’ Mergers and Acquisitions Group and a management consultant for McKinsey and Company.

Mr. Vogel earned a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Wesleyan University. He also received a MBA from Harvard Business School where he graduated as a Baker Scholar.

Joe Wadakethalakal joined ZelnickMedia in 2011 and has helped manage portfolio companies such as Cannella Response Television and Tekelec, in addition to examining firm-wide M&A and financing opportunities including the take-private of Tekelec, Inc., which closed in January 2012.

Previously he worked in the Telecommunications, Media and Technology group at J.P. Morgan where he primarily focused on M&A, debt financing, and equity financing for media and technology clients.

Mr. Wadakethalakal graduated from Pomona College as a Robert Day Scholar, with a double major in Mathematical Economics and Modern History and a minor in Mathematics.

Michael Worosz joined ZelnickMedia in 2011. Mr. Worosz serves as Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., where he is focused on identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities through acquisitions, strategic partnerships and investments.

Prior to joining ZelnickMedia, Mr. Worosz served as Vice President of Business Development at CBS Interactive, the online division of CBS Corporation. Previously, Mr. Worosz worked in various product management, strategy and corporate / business development roles at Microsoft Corporation.

Before beginning his career in digital media, Mr. Worosz was as an intelligence officer in the United States Navy, serving in the Kosovo conflict, making numerous deployments to the Middle East and working as a staff officer at the Pentagon.

Mr. Worosz earned a BA degree with highest honors in English Literature from the University of Virginia and received a MBA from Harvard Business School.

Strauss Zelnick: Strauss Zelnick founded ZelnickMedia in 2001. Mr. Zelnick is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Firm as well as originating, structuring and monitoring investments with specific interest in music, film, television and interactive entertainment. Mr. Zelnick currently represents ZelnickMedia on the boards of Alloy, L.L.C., Naylor, L.L.C. and Cast & Crew Entertainment Services, L.L.C., is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of ITN Networks and serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.

Prior to forming ZelnickMedia, Mr. Zelnick was President and Chief Executive Officer of BMG Entertainment, a $4.7 billion music and entertainment company with more than 200 record labels and operations in 54 countries.

Before joining BMG Entertainment, Mr. Zelnick was President and Chief Executive Officer of Crystal Dynamics, a producer and distributor of interactive entertainment software. Prior to that, he spent four years as President and Chief Operating Officer of 20th Century Fox, where he managed all aspects of Fox Inc.’s worldwide motion picture production and distribution business.

Previously, Mr. Zelnick spent three years at Vestron Inc., two as the company’s President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Zelnick also served as Vice President of the International Television Division at Columbia Pictures.

Mr. Zelnick is a Trustee Emeritus of Wesleyan University and holds a BA from Wesleyan University, as well as a MBA from Harvard Business School and a JD from Harvard Law School. Mr. Zelnick is a Director of Starwood Property Group, Inc. and served previously on the boards of Reed Elsevier NV, Carver Bancorp, Inc., Insignia Financial Group, Inc. and Moviefone Inc., among other companies.
